Priest Marnik

Priest Marnik, 56, is the priest of the rural village where Thallia Rendroot and her family reside. He is responsible for giving Thallia her pendant, not knowing it is responsible for her transformation. He sincerely cares about her and has not told her but intends to make her a Flamekeeper when she is of age.

He is conscientious, humble, narrow minded, and quick to shut down conflict.
