It's been a long year. I think we can all agree on that. Watching fascism ravage my country blows. Watching people I care about be hurt by fascism blows. However, I also saw a lot of people fighting back against it, including me. It's easy to look at the world and give up because its irretrievable fucked (it is), but I really think there are things worth fighting for.
I'm working on everything in my life so I can foster and adopt and be the best mom I can be. Recently, that's pushed me to deal with all this medical stuff. That, in turn, has pushed me to write more. I'm submitting to paying publications to help cover the cost of the work. I've also started an AO3 and gotten a pen name for my spicy content. I need to get better about submitting content, but we will see.
I'm still working on pixel art and composing for orchestra. I've also gotten the Kingdom Hearts collection. This is kind of embarrassing to me but I love Disney princesses. I love princesses in general. My pole bag is a disney princess bag. Kingdom Hearts is also a game from my childhood that I love. But also, Disney is fucking evil as a corporation, just to be clear.
