I think I'm a nerd for medieval studies. I got two books, one on everyday life in the medieval period and one on daily life in castles. I've also read some manuscripts about medieval medicine and women in it. I've been learning about so many interesting historical events and incorporating them into Aralise. I find it fascinating how life was put together and the differences in mindset. I still don't understand why my coworker wants to go back to feudalism.
I'm finishing up the grant and the legislative session is close to its end. Things have gone well. We've defeated all but one anti-trans bill. I'm doing everything in my power to build a mutual aid network in my city. It's really important, especially considering Kansas. In Kansas, people with updated gender markers got letters. Their IDs were invalidated without a grace period. This means it's criminal for them to drive and they'll be detransitioned and placed with their AGAB if arrested. People are working to get the refugees out, but it's so clear the intent is to kill us.
