Art Competition TOS

By entering the competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

The competition is open to artists of all ages and skill levels.

Entry Submission:

Submissions must be original works of art created by the participant. Each participant may submit only one entry. Entries must be submitted by February 15th via this discord. Late entries will not be considered.

Artwork Specifications:

Artwork must adhere to the theme of "babywormcore." Artwork should be high-resolution (at least 1000px in one dimension).

Community Voting:

The winner will be determined through community voting on discord by :rainbow_sugar: . Voting on multiple entries is allowed and encouraged. Each participant is encouraged to promote their entry to garner votes. Ties will result in a run-off. The voting period will be from February 1st to February 29th.

Prize:

The winner will receive a cash prize of 100 USD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

Intellectual Property:

Participants retain the copyright to their submitted artwork. By entering the competition, participants grant the Temple of the Great Gummy Worm a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the artwork for promotional purposes on the babywormcore website.

Disqualification:

Entries that do not comply with the competition rules and guidelines will be disqualified. Any attempt to manipulate the voting process may result in disqualification.

Publicity:

By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name and artwork featured on the Temple of the Great Gummy Worm's website and other promotional materials.

Liability:

The Temple of the Great Gummy Worm is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury associated with the competition. Participants are responsible for any tax implications of winning the prize.

Modifications and Termination:

The Temple of the Great Gummy Worm reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time.

Governing Law:

This competition is governed by the laws of the United State.

By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
